Jeremy Joined Bellator Real Estate and Development in 2015 as a director of the Net Leased Investment group of the Commercial Division.  Jeremy is originally from Tuscaloosa, AL where he attended the University of Alabama.  Since 2011 Jeremy worked for Pate Holdings, a commercial real estate development firm based in Tuscaloosa.  Jeremy’s responsibilities included disposition of the firms Net-Leased assets.  Jeremy has facilitated the sales of Net Leased properties including Walgreens, CVS, Advance Auto Parts, Pep Boys Automotive, O’Reilly Auto Parts, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Waffle House, Express Oil Change, Goodyear Tire Center, Wells Fargo, and Sherwin-Williams. 

Prior to Jeremy’s work with real estate, he worked as an investment banker serving as Executive Vice President of Duncan-Williams Inc. and Vice President of NBC Capital Markets Group in Memphis, TN.  His work as an institutional bond broker specializing in Mortgage Backed Securities and Collateralized Mortgage Obligations gives Jeremy great insight into the needs of net-leased real estate investors and developers.

In 2004 Jeremy started and operated Kaloosa Builders, a construction company which specialized in high performance, energy efficient and Green Certified construction.  Jeremy built the first two NAHB Green Certified homes in Alabama, the Windmill Market a showcase of many sustainable design and construction techniques, and many Energy Star certified homes.  Jeremy’s contracting work provides experience evaluating real estate and construction techniques.    

Jeremy lives in Fairhope with his wife Stephanie and three sons Baxter, Huff and Samuel.  Jeremy enjoys camping and kayaking with his family as well as gardening and cooking with fresh local ingredients.
