David Horn brings years of experience in financial services, mortgage lending and sales management to Bellator Real Estate and Development. He made his move from customer service to Financial Services in 2000 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of South Alabama. David received certification as a Financial Advisor/Broker with Morgan Stanley, with Series 7, 63, 65, 66 and 31 securities licensing and completed the Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor Training Program. In 2002, he was recruited to serve as the Sales Manager in The Temple Group, an Insurance and Financial Brokerage Firm based in Foley. In 2004, David became a partner (Vice President Sales and Agent Training) with Insurance Contracting Systems, Inc., an insurance brokerage firm, licensing and training more than 200 agents nationwide in life, health and annuity products from 20 plus independent insurance companies.
After selling ICS in 2006, David decided to stay in Mobile – his hometown – and get into the Real Estate business. Knowing that to best serve, he needed to learn all sides of the industry David first joined HomeTown Mortgage as a Marketing Specialist and Loan Consultant. Years later, as a successful, full-time Real Estate Consultant, David helps clients and customers buy, sell and invest in properties by applying his years of experience and giving special attention to detail to each and every transaction.
As a Bellator Real Estate Consultant, David knows he navigates people through what is often the largest transaction of their lives and he takes this responsibility very seriously. He strives to give every client the same personal service centered on honesty, accuracy, personal attention, attention to detail and consistent communication. He currently services Buyers and Sellers in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties, is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and a Relocation Specialist.
